Booking, availability & payment

How can I rent an apartment?

Send us your planned arrival and departure dates, or your approximate length of stay, together with the number of guests, preferred location, preferred number of bedrooms, pets if applicable, and any specific requests through the contact section. We will let you know which apartments may fit your stay and what is available for your dates.

Can I book without a fixed check-out date or extend my stay?

Yes. Many guests book without a fixed check-out date and update us once they know more. If you prefer to book with a fixed departure date, you can ask about extending your stay later. Extensions depend on availability; if the same apartment is no longer available, we may be able to offer a different apartment.

Can I choose a specific apartment?

You can always tell us which apartment or apartment type you prefer. Availability depends on your dates, the apartment, and any existing bookings, so we may suggest the closest available fit if your first choice is not possible.

Do I need to pay commission or a deposit?

No broker commission is required, and there is no standard apartment deposit. A refundable pet deposit is required when you book a pet-friendly apartment with a pet.

How can I pay for the apartment?

Payment is usually possible by credit card, wire transfer, PayPal or cash. If you need a specific payment method for your company, office or reimbursement process, please let us know before booking.

Are utilities, Wi-Fi and basic services included?

Yes. Utilities and private Wi-Fi are included. Cleaning options, linen and towel service, parking, and washer/dryer access are also part of the apartment setup, with exact details depending on the apartment and booking arrangement.

Official travel & reimbursement

Are the apartments suitable if I’m here on TDY or PCSing to Stuttgart?

Yes. Our furnished apartments are suitable if you’re here on TDY, PCSing to or from Stuttgart, or need temporary housing while your official-travel or relocation plans are being finalized. The best fit depends on your dates, number of guests, preferred location, and whether you want to stay Downtown, in Stuttgart-South, Stuttgart-West, or closer to Kelley and Patch Barracks.

Do you accept VAT forms?

Yes. We accept VAT forms and fill them out for you. Please let us know if you plan to use VAT forms so the appropriate invoices can be provided for your stay.

Can you provide itemized invoices for reimbursement or official paperwork?

Yes. We provide itemized invoices for reimbursement, official-travel paperwork and company records.

Do I need a CNA before contacting you?

You can contact us at any point to ask about apartment options and availability. If your situation requires a CNA, please follow the official guidance you receive. In Stuttgart, you may also see the term SNA, or Statement of Non-Availability, used in this context. Many guests discuss apartment options with us while their official lodging paperwork is still being clarified.

Which locations are better for Kelley or Patch Barracks?

Our Moehringen-area apartments are usually the most practical for Kelley Barracks and Patch Barracks. Stuttgart-South can also work well for Kelley, while Stuttgart-West can be convenient for Patch. Downtown Stuttgart is a good fit if you prefer being in the middle of the city, with a different balance of city lifestyle, public transportation and access to the bases.

Can I stay while looking for permanent housing?

Yes. Many guests stay with us while looking for permanent housing in Stuttgart. This is one reason flexible check-out arrangements are helpful, especially when your final move-out date is not known yet.

Apartment features & included amenities

Are the apartments fully furnished?

Yes. The apartments are fully furnished and prepared for temporary stays, with furniture, kitchen equipment, housewares and the everyday basics you need after arrival.

Do the apartments have a full kitchen?

Yes. The apartments include kitchens with appliances, cookware, dishes and everyday kitchen items so you can cook your own meals during your stay.

Do the apartments have English TV channels or Netflix?

Yes. All apartments include English TV channels and Netflix access. You can use our Netflix account or log in with your own account.

Do the apartments have a washer/dryer?

Yes. Every apartment has washer/dryer access. Some apartments have a washer/dryer in the apartment, while others have a dedicated washer and dryer in the building’s laundry room.

Is parking included?

Yes. One parking space is included with every apartment. The apartment pages show the parking type and whether the space is suitable for SUVs or vans.

Is gym access included?

A gym membership is included with all Downtown apartments. The Moehringen apartments also have access to a small gym room in the apartment complex.

Cleaning, laundry & supplies

How often are the apartments cleaned?

Standard cleaning is weekly or every two weeks, depending on the booking arrangement. Cleaning must take place at least once per month.

Are linen and towels changed during cleaning?

Yes. Linen and towels are changed during cleaning. This is part of the serviced-apartment setup and does not need to be arranged separately.

Are basic supplies restocked?

Yes. Basic supplies are restocked during every cleaning, including coffee, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, kitchen paper, toilet paper, bathroom soap, washing powder and fabric softener.

Arrival, service & house rules

Is there a reception?

No. These are real apartments, not a hotel or extended-stay hotel with a reception desk. We coordinate your arrival with you in advance, and you can contact us if you need help during your stay.

How does move-in and move-out work?

Before arrival, we coordinate the move-in time with you and arrange for someone to meet you, show you the apartment and explain the important details. For move-out, the process is usually simple and will be explained before you leave.

Can I receive mail at the apartment?

Yes. Every apartment has a mailbox labeled with your name, so you can receive mail during your stay.

Are the apartments pet-friendly?

Pet policies vary by apartment. Some apartments are pet-friendly with prior approval, while others cannot accommodate pets. Please tell us about your pet before booking so we can suggest suitable options.

Are smoking apartments available?

No. The apartments are smoke-free.

Are the apartments wheelchair accessible?

Accessibility varies by apartment. Some buildings have elevator access and easier layouts, while other apartments are not suitable for wheelchairs or guests who need step-free access. Please tell us what you need before booking so we can check the right apartment options.
